We have assembled a team of folks to support Maraiah who is the ICU Department Head. [The previous role of ICU coordinator has been discontinued.]

Please note that Kim W, Kim N & Dr. Riebe make ALL Medical and Treatment decisions. Protocols have been established and are in the Protocol Binder. Medical decisions include communicating bird movements from inside to outside cages, medically releasing (which includes the decision if the bird needs released or placed), and approving handover to Avian Care (Kim Westfall) once birds have been medically released.

Order medical supplies, kept tabs on inventory, picked up orders from Midwest vet supply as needed, communicated with companies when an item didn't arrive on time or when research into a product was needed – Nancy Wilder

Provide orientation for new ICU volunteers, created training checklist of skills, and communicate with scheduler on ICU needs- UNASSIGNED
